To band the main wing, first I put some glue and put the wing on its position to main body, then I lock the wing position using Styrofoam and tape, again.





You can use toy clay if you have it. Do the same to the other side of main wing. To make the glue strong enough, I leave it for a night, or 24 hours.

Put the body at its position, and make sure it stands still

The shape of the main wings, bolder at root.

Then I give second layer wood at the wing root.

You need to add more wood and epoxy putty at root area

Use epoxy putty and sandpaper several time to get desired shape at root wing

As you can see, the root side of the wing is bolder, so we need more wood and epoxy putty for that area.

It takes time and skill to get the right shape of wings

Finally, all part are connected, without the machine
